Les relations sociales, professionnelles, la vie en communaut\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral peuvent en p\u00e2tir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sache que des plantes peuvent t\u2019aider \u00e0 apaiser les sympt\u00f4mes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; celles qui favorisent la microcirculation : cassis, ginkgo biloba, petite pervenche, h\u00e9lichryse italienne ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; celles qui ont un effet anxiolytique et spasmolytique: val\u00e9riane, ang\u00e9lique, houblon, millepertuis, camomille ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; celles \u00e0 caract\u00e8re hypnotique (surtout en cas d\u2019insomnie) : eschscholtzia, asp\u00e9rule odorante, tilleul ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; celles qui apaisent la nervosit\u00e9, les \u00e9motions : aub\u00e9pine, m\u00e9lisse, passiflore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pense \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019acupuncture, au yoga, \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation, aux massages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019EMDR, que pratiquent certains th\u00e9rapeutes, peut r\u00e9aliser de v\u00e9ritables petits miracles.
